I made this Bridal Shower Cake for my niece duplicated from one I saw on the talented Melissa's blog "A Little Loveliness". It is made out of two white bath towels, two hand towels, two wash cloths, ribbon and silk white roses. I found a website on the internet that gave instructions how to lay out and roll up the towels. It was actually fairly easy to do and I received lots of compliments on it.
I purchased the cake stand at Homegoods (Marshalls). I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent selection available at Homegoods and the prices were decent too.
My niece liked the Bridal Shower Cake so much she wouldn't take it apart and set it out on her dresser.
